GPNA’s Yard Sale will be held in Grand Rapids historic Garfield Park. There will be food for purchase during the day. To participate in this year’s GPNA Yard Sale, please read and return your application to the GPNA. If you have any questions, please call us at 616-241-2443, option 3 (for Kathy Woudstra)
Location: Garfield Park is one mile east of US-131 on Burton SE in Grand Rapids. 334 Burton SE Grand Rapids, MI 49507
Sale Time: Saturday, June 11, 2011, 9:00am to 3:00pm.
The event takes place rain or shine! Sellers must make provisions for any adverse weather conditions.
Set-up Time: 7:00am to 8:45am.
Sale and Display: Exhibitors must provide their own tables, chairs, tents, etc.. Any awnings, umbrellas, racks, etc. must be securely and safely placed within the confines of the booth space. Unused boxes or any other storage materials must be maintained in the booth space, not in the walking aisles.
Booth Size and Selection: Each booth is approximately 12 by 12 feet. Booths will not be pre-assigned and selection is on a first arrive basis.
Cancellations: Written requests for refunds due to cancellation will be honored, less a $10.00 handling fee, until May 25, 2012. After this date, no refunds will be given.
Vehicle and Parking Policies: Vehicles are not allowed in the main exhibit area between 8:45am and 3:00pm. There will be parking available for your vehicles in the park, but not in the exhibit area. Prior to 8:45 AM you may have your vehicle in the park near your space to unload, but the vehicle must be moved to a parking area by 8:45 AM.
Confirmation: If you provide an email address, we will send you a confirmation notice prior to the event. If you do not provide an email address, your canceled check is your confirmation notice.
Disclaimer: GPNA is not responsible for any theft, loss, damage, or personal injury. Any injuries should be reported to a Fair Volunteer.
Clean-up: Each seller is responsible for removing all items and garbage from their site. There will NOT be a dumpster available.
Mel Trotter Ministries will provide a truck from 1-5Pm so you can donate items after or during the sale.
Fee Schedule for a 12 x 12 Booth:
- One Booth: $25
- Two Booths: $35
2012 Arts and Craft Fair
Spanish Translation
The 2012 Fair will be our 39th Annual Fair. In addition to the Great Exhibitors selling a large varieties of hand made items. There will be a Children's Play area provided by the Kroc Center (bounce hut, face painting and much more), Musical Entertainment, and Great Food!
Support GPNA by coming by the Fair and place a bid in our Silent Auction. All items are hand made and donated by our exhibitors. There will be many food booths.
The Arts and Crafts Fair is far and away the largest fundraiser for the Garfield Parks Neighborhoods Association. GPNA's territory covers over 5000 households and much of the good work of the GPNA staff would not be possible without the Arts & Crafts Fair.
