2012 Exhibitor Application

Early Bird Special:  We are giving a special of $10 to all vendors whose application is received prior to April 30, 2012. Subtract $10 from the pricing listed below.  After April 30 the price will be the same as listed below.

Late Fee: There will be a $10 late fee added on all applications received After August 15, 2012.

Refer a new vendor bonus. If you recommend GPNA Arts & Craft Fair to another vendor and they register for the Fair, you will receive a $25 rebate from GPNA.

Eligibility rules:

  1. You notify GPNA my phone or email that you recommended GPNA's fair to a vendor and that they plan on signing up.
  2. The new vendor was not in the 2009 or 2010 show
  3. The new vendor signs up for the fair.

The rebate will be given to you on the day of the show in cash.

Pricing: Below is standard pricing subtract $10 before April 30, 2012 and add $10 after August 15, 2012

Standard Booth: $135

Corner Booth: $145

Two Standard Booths: $210

Two Corner Booths: $230

Remember that how/what you describe will be placed on our website exactly how you type it.
Requesting the same booth as last year? Do you need water, electricity, requesting same booth as last year, or anything else let us know here.
Please Note: The Buy Now Button submits the application and brings up the payment screen. If you are paying by check, click the Buy Now button then just exit out of the PayPal screen that pops up. I will receive your application.
